Well, this is personally one of my fav movies Johnny has done and I think all the performances were great etc etc.
However, there was one major flaw and I did happen to chat this over with Amanda last night when I was watching it but...
What the hell did they do to my poor Johnny's hair?? I can't stand it. I know I'm not alone, right?

Miss Clairol, according to Johnny.
I think it makes him look very young and innocent, very much in tune with the character Gilbert.

LOL
I agree with that assessment but...it changes shades throughout the movie...lol When it's that darker color red or whatever, I don't so much mind it. It's when it's that...I don't know...bright, goofy red, that it really bothers me.
Maybe, it was just the lighting.

(from that article)
Quote:Is marriage your ideal?
Yeah, that is certainly the ideal situation. I wouldn’t do it in this town, though. Ideally I’d have a big chunk of land somewhere, not necessarily in this country, maybe in France or something. A wife, kids, a dog, some chickens, a pig, a mule . . . But there is still this part of me that can’t sit around in one spot. |

Funny how things turn out, eh?
And hmm, I really cannot imagine Gilbert without his hair the way it is. And I agree with what you say Merlot
