I have it - watched it once. Johnny makes a couple of appearances in it. Might need to watch it again now that I have more insight.

I haven't found it yet either... 
The little bit of dialogue I found ( it's on the main site;s filmpage for Cannes Man now), convinces me that this must be absolutely killing ...
A sort of "My Fair Lady", but thoroughly twisted, and about the Hollywood filmbusiness.

disclaimer: I am slightly tipsy. 
But! Cannes Man is so amusing. I have only watched it once but it was certainly worth it . Sometime I shall try to capture it and youtube Johnny's bits in it if you like, though as I recall it was pretty amusing overall so worth obtaining if you can
